Bin stores of this type generally buy returned and overstock goods by the truckload or pallet and pour them into large open bins, so the stock is a mixed assortment rather than a curated selection. Expect condition to range widely in any bin store; some items are new in the box and others have been opened, so a quick check of each piece is sensible.
