Hours
Bin City Discount Store is a bin and liquidation store at 111 E Chestnut St in Rome, New York, tagged for Amazon returns.
What you'll find
Amazon-return stores generally sell customer returns and overstock that came out of Amazon's system, usually dumped into large bins rather than sorted onto shelves. Expect a dig: stock in bins is mixed, items may be new, open-box or incomplete, and what's there one day may be gone the next. The listing has no phone number, website or Facebook page, which leaves no listed way to confirm details before you go.
When to go & what it costs
The daily price starts at $8 on Friday, then runs Saturday $7, Sunday $6, Monday $5, Tuesday $3, and ends the cycle at $1 on Wednesday. Listed hours are Monday 11AM-6PM and Thursday through Sunday 11AM-6PM; it's closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The hours and the price list don't agree about Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, so check those days with the store. The usual bin-store logic applies: go early in the cycle for selection, late in the cycle for the lowest price. Everything above is as listed and may change, so confirm before you go.
